Any dissatisfaction regarding the state of cleanliness, or the general condition of the rental must be notified no later than 24 hours after arrival, in order to allow it to be remedied. No complaint will be admissible more than 24 hours after the day of arrival.
All campers are required to respect the internal rules of the campsite, posted at reception, and are responsible for any disturbances caused by people staying with them. A marked non-compliance with the internal regulations may result in the camper’s expulsion.
In the event of written cancellation made by the customer more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be refunded, excluding administrative fees and cancellation insurance costs.
In the event of cancellation made by the customer less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Beyond 24 hours and without any news from you, we have your location or rental.
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to a refund.

Animals must never be left alone on the site.
In the event of a dispute, we ask you to immediately inform the campsite reception who will try to find a solution. If the dispute persists, any customer has the option of entering a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year.
